STEP refers to Student Transition and Elevation Partnership. So, IEEE STEP was developed to provide a dynamic program for facilitating the transition from Student member to young professional by introducing the opportunities and benefits of IEEE membership during the onset of a STEM career. The event’s main objective is to prepare the students for the professional field and encourage them to join as young professional members. 
This year, the event was organized by IEEE YP Egypt in collaboration with IEEE E-JUST Student Branch and IEEE NU – Student Branch, whose support and dedication played a key role in making the event a remarkable success. Additionally, the attendees were undergraduate students and graduates. Besides, the topics were technical and non-technical.
