The Undergraduate Research Forum (UGRF), is an event held every semester at Nile University. It encourages NU students to put their course projects into practical outcomes. Students present their projects in the form of 2 pages summary, posters, prototypes & applications. They get judged & evaluated by a jury panel of university professors and senior researchers. Winners get recognized and receive awards.

The Egyptian Junior Researcher Competition is the national special edition of the Undergraduate Research Forum (UGRF) organized by Nile University every year to extend the invitation to all Egyptian undergraduate junior research talents.
